We take great care in packaging and delivering our merchandise as carefully as possible. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is something wrong with the product (damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods) please mail to: service@deboekhandel.nl and tell us what's wrong. We will respond quickly. All problems can be solved.

You can return unwanted goods in their original condition within seven days with proof of purchase. On your parcel you will find the return address. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs are the customer's responsibility. We cannot accept goods that haven't been returned within seven days of purchase. 

If and when we agree, you will receive an e-mail with a return agreement. Please print this document and send it along with the product. You can download our Sales Conditions here.
